- Backorders for out-of-stock items are processed immediately and shipped directly from India.
- We guarantee shipment of backorders within 15 days under normal circumstances. Please note this is shipping time, and not delivery time.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing.
4. Pricing and Payment

- We primarily accept PayPal as our payment method.

- We primarily use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class for domestic deliveries.
- Royal Mail 1st class aims for delivery within 1-2 working days, and 2nd class within 2-3 working days. These are estimates and not guarantees.
- Alternative mail services can be arranged upon request.
- Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
- For backorders, please note the 15 day time frame is for shipping from India, and delivery time will be additional. International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Damaged Items: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged. Please contact us via our business WhatsApp or email shop@mihraelegance.uk within 3 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the damage. We will then provide instructions for returning the item.
- Size Exchanges: We accept size exchanges for items that are not backordered. Please contact us via our business WhatsApp or email shop@mihraelegance.uk within 3 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition.
- Backordered Items: Size exchanges are not permitted for backordered items. Please review size charts carefully before placing a backorder.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed via PayPal and will be processed within PayPal’s standard refund time frame. Please refer to PayPal’s terms and conditions for specific refund time estimations.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged items where Mihra Elegance will cover the cost.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. Any item not meeting these requirements may be refused.
